Why most of my meals are Plant Based

A few years back I was diagnosed with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome. While there is no cure, there are many opinions on how to best treat your body with this diagnoses. I decided to become completely vegan in hopes of pursuing the healthiest life for me, personally. However, just recently I was told by medical professionals I was having health issues stemming from both my previous multiple diagnosis as well as my strict plant-based diet. I know scores of people who are at their peak of health thanks to their plant-based diet. I will continue to eat mostly plant-based. But because I am looking to have the happiest and healthiest life for my personal needs I have decided that I may need to make adjustments. I have added in some seafood very recently and listening to my body for further guidance.
